Return & Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can request a different size, a different item, or a return. Please note that a return/exchange fee will apply, ranging from 50 EGP to 100 EGP depending on your location and order size. This fee covers courier services. Refunds are only available if requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

Important: Exchanges or returns cannot be made directly with the courier. To proceed with a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us first at info.grisch@gmail.com.

When emailing us, kindly include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for your request
• The new item or size you'd like in exchange (if applicable)

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Shipping
We ship across Egypt within 2–5 business days. Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Payment Options
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Instapay, and bank transfers.
